About the event
Celebrate the 130th Adwa Victory Day with an inspiring and vibrant program. Join us as Prof. Raymond Jonas and Dr. Cornel West share their reflections on the historic significance of Adwa via Zoom. We are also honored to welcome Prof. Winston Langley, author Nigussie Ayele Tek, and Ghedion Samson Beyen in person. The celebration will feature a dramatic performance by the MESA Art Group and a traditional dance by the Enqu Dankira Group. Come celebrate history, culture, and community and have lots of fun!
